Wilson Ang
Executive Director
Wilson is the Executive Director of ASMI, leading sustainable initiatives in the maritime and offshore energy sectors since 2021. Previously, he advanced corporate sustainability with the UN Global Compact and tackled haze issues with SIIA. He holds qualifications in Chemical Engineering and Diplomacy from Ngee Ann Polytechnic and Oxford.
Alyssa Teo
Senior Manager (Corporate Function, Capability Building & Skills Development)
Alyssa oversees the Corporate Function team of ASMI. Concurrently, she leads the Training team in the implementation of training programmes relating to marine decarbonisation, digitalisation, and safety. Alyssa holds a 2nd Upper degree in Accounting from the University of London and completed her Postgraduate studies from the University of Oxford.
Tan Geok See
Senior Manager (Jobs Creation & Development)
Responsible for administering the CCP for the Marine and Offshore Energy (M&OE) sector, Geok See is passionate about helping ASMI members to meet their manpower needs by reskilling their new hires and existing workers. She also supports the ASMI Manpower Committee, which addresses manpower issues and concerns; and coordinates manpower initiatives for the sector.
Ryal Wun
Industry Transformation Advisor (Marine)
Ryal currently serves as an Industry Transformation Advisor focusing on sustainability/decarbonisation for the marine sector. He is a law graduate from the University of London, holds three Master’s degrees as well as a doctorate in International Law. He is certified in GHG Protocols/ISO 14064 carbon reporting and verification by the Canadian Standards Association.
Gary Wong
Manager (Capability Building & Skills Development)
Gary with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, brings over 20 years of expertise in aviation and the weighing industry. He specializes in aviation operations, engineering, as well as in weighing systems design and production. At ASMI, he now focuses on Capability Building & Skills Development (Training), driving professional growth and organisational success.
Lydia Yeo
Assistant Manager (Job Creation and Development)
Lydia undertook the MOM Marine Manpower Connect Scheme project, supporting the Marine industry during Covid-19. Motivated to contribute to the community, she joined ASMI to administer the Career Conversion Programme. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, with experience in the private and public sectors.
Tham Ruoh Yi
Assistant Manager (Membership & Marketing)
Ruoh Yi handles Membership & Marketing and supports the Social & Membership Committee, managing membership recruitment and marketing efforts. Prior, she was the co-lead for the Career Development & Jobs Creation/Capability Building team; administering the Career Conversion Programme (CCP). Her background included marketing & database management for the MICE industry.
Rasitha Barwin
Senior Executive (Jobs Creation and Development)
Rasitha is part of the capability building team which promotes and administers the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for the Marine & Offshore Energy Sector. She finds it meaningful to support companies in the Marine & Offshore Energy (M&OE) sector to reskill midcareer new hires to take on new or enhanced roles as the M&OE sector continues to transform.
Lily Izyan

I’m Lily, and I enjoy cleaning and reading webtoons in my free time. In the Capability Building and Skills Development department, I manage workshops and take pride in fostering close relationships with participants, creating an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Lim Kit Kaye
Senior Executive (Internationalisation)
As Senior Executive (Internationalisation), Kit Kaye has brought the Singapore Pavilion to various local and international M&OE exhibitions since 2019. A graduate in Hospitality and Leisure Facilities Management from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, she is passionate about event operations and aims to leverage her experience to support industry events.

As part of ASMI’s Membership & Marketing Team, Xin Pei manages marketing and communications across various projects. A graduate of LASALLE College of the Arts with a Bachelor's in Arts Management and Nanyang Polytechnic with a Diploma in Animation, she aims to bring a fresh perspective to the M&OE industry.
Nur Syafiqah
Senior Executive (Finance & Admin)
Syafiqah is part of the corporate function team, handling finance and administrative matters on a daily. With a Double Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and Criminology, she combines her analytical skills with a love for cats, enjoying quality time with her furry companions outside of work.
Rachael Cheng
Executive (Internationalisation)
Part of the Internationalisation team, Rachael helps organise the Singapore Pavilion at local and international exhibitions for the Marine & Offshore industry. A graduate in Business Management from RMIT University and Applied Chemistry (Material Science), Rachael has a strong interest in the maritime industry and is eager to learn.

Part of the Internationalisation team, Aik Siong helps in organising the Singapore Pavilion at various exhibitions locally and overseas for the Marine & Offshore industry. Graduating with a Diploma in Electronics and Computer Engineering, Aik Siong has an interest in events operation and is always eager to learn new things.

Graduated with a sociology degree and as part of the career conversion program (CCP) department, my main role involves processing applications and issuing Letter of Offer to marine organizations who enroll their employees in this program to support mid-career individuals with opportunities for career progression.

Part of the Membership & Marketing team, Hafiz leads Youth-related initiatives, including the Youth Mentorship Programme and Youth Forum for the M&OE industry. A Mass Communication graduate, Hafiz is passionate about creating impactful visuals through graphic design and photography, inspiring youth to find their passion.
